Shipping Methods
All items purchased on our website will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). At checkout, UPS Ground will be the first option.
Service Area
Once we received your payment Tarps1.com will ship to anywhere within the United States and Canada via UPS Ground, or you can opt for quicker options for a surcharge. We will not ship to any other Country, however we will sell you if you arange for your own freight forwarding method.
Onece again Tarps1.com will not accept orders outside of the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico, unless you will pick up at our warehouse. We can not accept deliveries to a PO Box address. Please feel free to call us or e-mail us atcustservice@tarps1.com if you wish to talk to us about other possible shipping methods.
Shipping Rates
The cost for shipping will depend on the weight of your order. Please note the shipping rates charged do not necessarily represent UPS published rates,we reserve the right to change it by adding or subtracting from the cost to compensate for our labor costs.
Ground Services
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday and will typically ship the same day if the order is placed before 3Pm Eastern time. UPS Ground orders received on Friday through Sunday will usually ship the next business day.
Warranty
Any defective item can be sent back for replacment within thirty - 30 - days of its purchase. This is not a waranty. It does not cover damage due to normal use or aging. We do not cover damage due to product abuse or any damage caused by normal wear and tear for any item purchased from us. Tarps1.com is not liable for any damages in connection with the use of the tarp, including any cost or expense of for replacing the tarp in question. Any difective tarp must be sent, shipping pre-paid, to Tarps1.com at: 1001 Washington street, Norristown, Pennsylvania 19401. Tarps1.com does not guarantee any other warranty other than what is mentioned in this paragraph.
Returns and refunds If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, or simply you think that you have purchased the wrong tarp you may return the item within 30 days after the shipping date for a replacement item or refund, however you are responsible for shipping, handling charges (Any "e;Free Shipping"e; item returned will have the outbound freight charge deducted from the total return.) All the tarps sent back MUST be returned in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, and with all the documentation, and other accessories to receive credit. "e;New and unused"e; means that the tarps MUST be in their original packaging. In addition, returned tarps must be accompanied by their original documentation to: 1001 Washington street, Pennsylvania 19401.
